"Stefanie Rogan Interior Design" offers custom fabrics, liners and trims for my lamp shade customers convenience in experiencing the ability to choose the right materials for this lighting project. My recommendation is that my clients bring their lamps and coordinate finials with them when we meet to discuss the details of their project. Commercial Interior Spaces
In defining the scope of commercial Interior Design my professional out look lends itself to a multi-faceted set of services that defines the following highlights; Design & planning, budget analysis, design concepts, finish specifications, furniture specifications, lighting specifications, art and accessory programs. The programming phase allows for a strategic plan, work flow, equipment and technology that include a budget as well as maintenance issues that are necessary components in these stages. Design development refines the concepts approved in the schematic phase lending themselves to proposed space plans, detailed drawings, elevations, 3d sketches and walk though capabilities. Instamentally budgets, material samples, product cut sheets, product and mock-ups play a large role. Construction documentation/ administration involve a periodic inspection of the work in progress, review and approval of submittals, punch lists, and customer payment authorization plans are stabilized. Finally, material selections & samples, equipment, architectural and construction coordination, project management, project bid management and move management finalize a commercial design process.
